How Can Your Major Make the World a Better Place

Journalism is too important to the world at large. Through this, all the information that we are acquiring every day is made visible. It is necessary to know the situation in the world and what we are facing. Journalism informs us, warns us and also teaches us. In this process I see myself living closely the experiences of "ordinary" people to show them to the world. I want to make visible the lives of people who are not on television, I want to give a voice to people who cannot show their emotions and thoughts so openly. What I study gives me a space and representativeness for that, and I love it.

Observing situations that go unnoticed by others is something that is important to me. Reporting in a conscientious, transparent and honest way is what the world needs and it is what should be done as a journalist.☝
