Blog 6 : Time travel to the future noviembre 08, 2021
If I took a trip to the future, I would like to get to Chile. Seeing how things are here twenty years from now would be shocking. Honestly, I don't have much faith in the future, I think that although we are questioning bad attitudes and situations more, there are still no real changes. In 20 years obviously everything will change a lot, I imagine that technology will predominate almost 100%, and natural disasters will get worse and worse. I also believe that there will be new viruses created by man to manipulate humanity, with COVID-19 they have already realized how they can manage society.
I know that everything I say is catastrophic, but with the indications that exist at the moment, I do not believe that the future is better. I would like to travel to Chile in 2040 because it would be great to see how the lives of the people I know now would change and obviously how mine would change. It would also be great to see the policies that would govern that year. But it makes me anxious to think that everything will be worse, and that we would probably be closer to the end of humanity. So I wouldn't want to stay there.
There is a series called "Black Mirror" and it has a chapter that shows the importance of social networks and likes in people's lives. Basically people qualify you virtually and your position in society depends on that. If you have little value, you are a marginalized and excluded person. It is not very far from the truth.

Hi Rena !, I think the same as you, the worldwide leaders are proposing ideas to solve global problems, but in the end, nothing is done. And probably technology will control the world in the future.
ResponderBorrarHi Renata. Many of the things that you say about the future probably will be true, unfortunately. But I think that we should believe in what is coming be good. I try think in positive in spite of all the bad signs that the world gives us.
ResponderBorrarHi Rena! It is very true what you say about the chapter of Black Mirror, sometimes I would like that social medias don't exist
